They will not refund the leftover money but will gladly take money from you if you have less than 3eur in the wallet. That's stealing, from their thousands of users. I only had to use the app because someone parked wrongly in my garage and I had to let the device out 😅

Scooters are very badly maintained. I had an accident falling into the middle of the road due to the loose mudguard that got under the wheel.

Irgendwann werde ich gerichtlich vorgehen. Alle Roller sind kaputt. Entweder die fahren nicht, gehen mittendrin aus(ich hatte dadurch fast einen Unfall!!), sind kaum zu bedienen und das Team von Zeus ist schrecklich! 0 kundenorientiert!!!

Expensive. Cannot ride without having a payment option connected despite having enough money in the in app Wallet. No way to get the money out of the Wallet either. This means that the money in my Wallet is unusable. Never using this service again.

Most of their electric scooters are not working. And, there is no option to cancel the ride if the scooter is faulty... they will just deduct the amount. I immediately deleted the account. NOT RECOMMENDED IN DESSAU, GERMANY

The app is so unfriendly, and with too many errors. I used it once, and that was the last time. Although I have saved my payment card and given access to charge my balance automatically, my balance is now negative, and I can't pay my debt, because there is always an error, and I don't know how to solve this problem. I have sent a message and email to the support team, but I no one has answered me!
